According to the dictionary, a conference is a meeting, usually a periodical one, in which people from different places who share the same profession or activity present conferences or exhibitions, over one or several days, on subjects related to their work or activity, so they can exchange information and talk about them. But in addition to this, a company meeting must be able to offer the best options for relationships between the members of the same company; it must create the ideal climate for strengthening the company’s values, and most of all, contribute to the relationships between its members.
